These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LuxShock website and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Diego Herrero Román, trading as LuxShock (“LuxShock”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.
  2. Products and descriptions
    We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, light tone and finish may look slightly different from the photos and videos depending on your screen, lighting and camera settings. LuxShock lamps are decorative lighting products inspired by automotive suspension design. They are not real vehicle parts and must not be used on any vehicle or for any mechanical purpose.
  3. Prices and payment
    Prices are shown in the currency of your market at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Taxes, duties and shipping costs are shown at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
  4. Orders
    Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, contain pricing or stock errors, or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  5. Shipping, returns and refunds
    Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.
  6. Safe use
    Use the product only as intended, indoors, in a dry place, and with a suitable USB power source. Do not open, modify or repair the product, expose it to water, or leave it within reach of young children. Damage caused by misuse, modification, incorrect power supply or accidents is not covered by any warranty or return.
  7. Warranty
    Except for the warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customers in the EU and UK keep their statutory legal guarantee rights.
  8. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxShock will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
  9. Intellectual property
    All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and the LuxShock name, belongs to LuxShock or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  10. Reviews and user content
    If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you grant LuxShock a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and publish them for marketing purposes. You confirm that you own that content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
  11. Prohibited use
    You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud, to interfere with its security or operation, or to scrape or copy its content.
  12. Disputes and chargebacks
    If you have a problem with an order, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We will provide order, tracking and communication records to payment providers in any dispute.
  13. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence.
  14. Changes
    We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
